Is this right for my business?

It is if two things are true. Customers aren't showing up steadily, and one new customer is worth real money to you. We confirm both on the call, and if it isn't a fit you hear that too.

The short answer

It is if two things are true: customers aren't showing up steadily, and one new customer is worth real money to you.

If both are true, the Growth Engine is worth a conversation. If either isn't, it probably isn't the right tool yet.

The first test: customers aren't steady

You might have a good month followed by a quiet one. Or you might depend on referrals that come when they come. Either way, you can't plan around it.

A steady flow of conversations is what we build. If your calendar is already full, there's nothing for us to fix.

The second test: a customer is worth real money

This one matters more than owners expect.

We run the engine for you, and that costs real money. It only makes sense when winning one new customer pays for a good chunk of it. A law firm with high-value clients passes. A business that earns a few dollars per sale usually doesn't.

Do the math on your own numbers. What does a new customer bring in over the time they stay with you? If the answer is large, you're in the right place.

Who this tends to suit

  • Service businesses where each client is a meaningful contract
  • Professional practices that grow by referral and want more control
  • Companies with a long sales cycle where a conversation is the sale
  • Businesses with a product or app that need customers to find it

The common thread is simple. A conversation turns into real revenue.

Who it doesn't suit

  • You sell low-priced items to a mass audience. The math won't work.
  • Your calendar is already full. You don't need more.
  • You have no room for new customers. Make room first.
  • Your customers never answer messages from strangers. Some markets buy only through introductions.

If that's you, we'll tell you on the call. You won't hear a hard sell.

How we confirm

We ask about your business, who buys, and what a customer is worth. It takes a short online call. If it's a fit, we say how the engine would work. If it isn't, we say that too.

The longer version

Some owners hear the second test and feel put off, as if we're saying the service is only for the wealthy, but what we're really saying is that outreach is a numbers game with a real cost per conversation, and the only honest way to run it is where a win is large enough to cover the effort of many conversations that don't win. Small margins can't absorb that. Big ones can.
