How much of my time does this take?

A kickoff call, a review of your messages, and 30-minute check-ins while we build your engine. After that, you just take the calls.

The short answer

A kickoff call, a review of your messages, and 30-minute check-ins while we build your engine. After that, you just take the calls.

Most of your time goes in at the start. Then it drops to almost nothing.

The three parts

Part What you do How long
Kickoff call Tell us about your business and your best customer One short call
Message review Read the messages and say what to change A short read, a couple of rounds
Check-ins Look at what's working and adjust 30 minutes each, while we build

That's the setup. It's front-loaded on purpose, because the first weeks decide how well the engine runs.

What happens after setup

You take the calls. Nothing else.

The engine finds people, contacts them, handles the easy replies, and books time on your calendar. A person on our team watches the conversations that need one. You see a monthly report and have the conversations.

Where your time goes later

  • The calls themselves. That's the point of all of it.
  • A quick yes or no if we suggest a change to the messages.
  • A look at the monthly report. It's one page.

Some owners want more involvement and some want less. We adjust to you.

What it won't take

You won't write messages, build lists, chase replies, or schedule anything. You won't learn new software, because there's nothing to log into.

An honest limit

The calls are real conversations with real prospects, and you have to show up for them. If you can't spare time to talk to new customers, this isn't the right moment. The engine gets you to the conversation. It can't have it for you.

We'd rather say that now than after you've signed up and found no time.

A quick check

Ask yourself one thing: if three interested people wanted to talk to you this week, could you take the calls?

If yes, the rest is easy. If no, fix your calendar first.

The longer version

Owners who do best with the engine tend to be the ones who treat the check-ins as a standing appointment rather than something to squeeze in when the week allows, because a fifteen-minute decision on a message or a list on Tuesday can save a slow week of waiting, and the early weeks are where small decisions matter most. Protect that half hour. It pays back.
